Three Months Warranty
All items are sold with three month warranty. Item/s is decfective ( not for physical damages such as water or any other physical damage), we will ship a replacement to you after the extra shipping fee paid by you. Please follow the procedure
- Send an acknowledgment email to notesupples@gmail.com
- We would reply to give direction to ship back the defective item and send the extra shipping fee.
After the warranty period buyer shall have no claim of whatsoever and under whatever situation against notesupplies.com
With the consideration of cost saving for the buyer, all selling prices have been carefully worked out at our end to be one of the lowest in the world.
Discrepancy / wrong items shipped
Buyers are advised to email notesupples@gmail.com for any doubt about any description of item before placing an order. If you confirm and without doubt that we ship the wrong item to you, please follow the procedure
- Send an a photo of the item/s you received to notesupples@gmail.com
- We would reply to give direction to ship back the damaged item/s in its original packaging
Since we make mistake for sending the wrong item, we pay for all the cost for your shipping it back to us and our shipping out the replacement to you.
Upon receiving the item, within 48 hours, a replacement would be sent out to you.
Please note the claim must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the purchased item/s.
Shipping damage
If the item arrives with damaged package, please do not sign for it and ask the post service to send it back so we can ship a new one to you. If it is signed, a handling charge and shipping fee will be charged for resending the item and please follow the procedure.

- We would reply to give direction to ship back the damaged item/s in its original packaging
You pay for the cost of shipping back the item to us and we pay for sending back the repaired or replaced item to you
Please note this Procedure is important for us to file a claim against our logistic company. Your claim could only be justified after adhere to this Procedure. The claims must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the purchased item/s.
