When is the delivery time?
For US customer and UK customer, delivery time is 2-5 days if Flat Rate Shipping chose and 1-2 days if Expediated shipping mothod chose. For international customer, delivery time will be 7-12 days if Flat Rate Shipping chose and 4-7 days if Express Mail chose.
When is the shipping time?
Order is shipped within 24 hours after payment received. Please note we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Could I get a tracking number for my item?
For item which ships from US, you could get a tracking number not matter which shipping method you choose; the status of the item which ships by USPS, please trace your item on www.usps.com
For item ships from UK, you could get a tracking number if you choose Expediated shipping mothod, and check it on www.royalmail.com.
If the item arrive in bad condition, could I return it for a replacement?
If the item arrives with damaged package, please do not sign for it and ask the post service to send it back so we can ship a new one to you. If it is signed, a handling charge and shipping fee will be charged for resending the item.
Could I return the item for refund or replacement if wrongly purchased?
We do not accept items that wrongly purchased. But if we have the right item for you and you are paying the extra shipping fee for a replacement and returning the wrong one to us, we could send a correct one to you.
